Covenants & Bylaws

"Restrictive Covenants" may sound intimidating but they are put in place to maintain the attractiveness and value of a neighborhood.  They are managed by a Homeowner's Association or HOA. The covenants contain specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property, some of which are already controlled by city ordinances.
